Collective Excellence
MEET THE TEAM

Jill is an experienced and thoughtful interior designer with more than 20 years in the industry and over 7 years with Minima. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from The Art Institute and brings a deep knowledge of design, materials, and craftsmanship to every project. Her work has been featured in publications, such as Philadelphia Style magazine.

Jill’s work spans the country and encompasses a diverse range of architectural styles, from historic 18th-century homes to contemporary penthouse condominiums. She is known for creating spaces that feel highly considered yet distinctly personal, combining her expertise with a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and vision.
Minima’s portfolio of exceptional brands gives her the creative flexibility to curate interiors that are tailored to each client and their unique style.

Jill has a particular appreciation for the transformative power of color and the emotions it can evoke within a space. Her approach creates spaces that are sophisticated, inviting, and reflective of the people who inhabit them.

A Central Pennsylvania native, Jill was a classically trained ballet dancer and has spent much of her adult life in Philadelphia. She recently returned to her country roots with a rural home in New Jersey. This blend of urban and rural experiences informs her perspective and gives her an intuitive understanding of a wide range of architectural styles and ways of living.

Outside of design, Jill enjoys time with her husband, Justin, and their beagle, Cannoli, kayaking, attending Phillies games, and exploring theaters and art museums for continued inspiration.

Natalie Suresch
Senior Interior Designer

With more than 25 years of experience in high-end residential design, Natalie creates interiors that feel collected, layered, and distinctly personal. Her work brings together color, nature-inspired elements, texture, pattern, art, and architecture to create spaces that are beautiful, comfortable, and often a little unexpected.

Her design philosophy is simple: layer what you love, understand that scale matters, and recognize that good design begins with relationships, with both the client and the materials.

Having studied design in Philadelphia and trained abroad, Natalie brings a worldly perspective, creative intuition, and extensive project experience to each home. Her work has been featured in Gray Magazine, Design Milk, Curbed, Condé Nast, and Jungalow Blog.

Collaboration is at the heart of Natalie’s process. She approaches every project as a puzzle: one solved through creativity, experience, and a genuine understanding of her clients. She believes that taking the time to understand each client’s personality, lifestyle, and ethos is essential to creating meaningful, thoughtful interiors. She also values the talented teams, artisans, and craftspeople who help bring each vision to life.

A Maryland native and longtime Philadelphian, Natalie draws inspiration from her roots growing up near the water, as well as her love of travel, art, poetry, music, cooking, and gardening. She finds beauty in the wonderfully imperfect ways people live and believes the best homes should ultimately reflect the people who inhabit them.

Fun fact: Natalie can often be found performing in local theater or singing around Philadelphia. She lives in Queen Village with her husband, Joe, and their two cats, Ando and Dario.

Olia Voron
Designer

With a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic and 3D Design and a Master’s in Interior Architecture, Olia approaches design through spatial thinking, visual storytelling and a strong interest in materials, color and atmosphere. At Minima, she supports the design team with drawings, renderings, moodboards, presentations and 3D modeling, including custom wall and closet systems. She enjoys thoughtful spaces and values well-crafted environments that enhance the human experience, support connection and create space for simply being.

Having traveled extensively and immigrated to the United States in 2018, Olia is curious about different cultures, environments and ways of experiencing space. She finds inspiration in the everyday theater of the city: public transportation, street life, architecture and the unexpected moments between people and places, paying attention to the atmospheres and sensory details that shape our perception of the world around us.

Her interests span spatial art, craft, urban psychology, place making, sensory design and quantum physics, with a particular fascination for live theater and set design. When she is not working, Olia enjoys long walks through the city, sour cream, hugging trees, peeling oranges, watching shadows and wandering through misty nights.
